Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Information

Bookings are essential in order to secure your spot. Please keep in mind, we cannot guarantee you will get a spot if you show up without a booking. A participant may not attend any session at the Studio without first booking and paying for the relevant session and completing a Waiver and PAR Q. Grip socks are required for all Pilates Reformer classes. They can be purchased at the studio if you do not own any.

Please note: ALL passes,1:1s and 2:1s are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable.

Class and 1:1 Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class or private session as late entry is strictly not permitted. For security reasons, the door to the studio will be locked at the beginning of each session.

  • Rise Reformer Studio has a strict 24-hour cancellation window, if you are not able to attend your booking please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your class start time.

  • All class and private session cancellations must be made via Momence on the Rise Reformer Studio website (www.risereformerstudio.co.uk) or the Momence app. We do not accept class or private session cancellations via email or phone.

  • If you book a class or private session and fail to cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior, you will be automatically charged for the missed class or private session and not refunded.

  • The missed cancellation is non-refundable.

  • This policy applies to all Yoga and Pilates classes and private sessions.

  • The cancellation and booking policy are in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to attend.

  • We currently have a minimum age of 18 years old.

Waitlist Policy

Please treat the waitlist like you are booking a class.

The waitlist function allows you to waitlist a spot in an already full class. When a spot opens, every wait-lister gets the same text message that a spot is available. The first to respond gets the spot. If you have added yourself to the waitlist and no longer want to attend the class, please cancel the waitlisted classes via your Account.

Class Pass and 1:1 Terms and Conditions

Intro Offers: Gives you access to the the advertised amount of classes at a discounted rate. Valid for specified time stated on offer from purchase date. This pass is non-refundable and nontransferable. No extensions or suspensions available.

Single class pass: Gives you access to 1 Reformer Pilates class at Rise Reformer Studio. Valid for 21 days from purchase date. This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available.

5 Class Pass: Gives you access to 5 Reformer Pilates/Mat classes at Rise Reformer Studio. Valid for 8 weeks from purchase date. This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available.

10 Class Pass: Gives you access to 10 Reformer/Mat Pilates classes at Rise Reformer Studio. Valid for 3 months from purchase date. This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available.

1:1 and 2:1: Private One-to-One or Duet sessions are valid for the scheduled time and date you have selected and are not refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available.
